In partnership with the Marin Economic Forum, the Board of Supervisors adopted a five-year Marin County Economic Vitality Strategic Plan (Download PDF reader) (EVSP). With the County leading as a convener, this is an exciting opportunity to lead EVSP implementation efforts with County departments and community partners, focusing initially to benchmark data collection efforts in key areas. With key community dashboard metrics in hand, this position will then work to develop and coordinate shared objectives (affordable childcare or access to broadband, for example) and work to begin “moving the needles” in these and other areas with the aim as a community of creating a more dynamic economy with equitable access to good jobs, opportunities for new business creation, and a higher quality of life for all residents.
Hybrid Work Option: The County Administrator's Office considers hybrid (telework/onsite) work schedules with approval from a supervisor and after a probationary period for new employees.
